Advice Clinics with CAMHS
3 a month during term time
We offer short, private advice appointments for parents and carers who are concerned about their child’s mental health. These clinics are delivered in partnership with Southampton Specialist CAMHS, and are also open to all Re:Minds members for general advice and support.
You can book a 10 minute virtual session with an experienced CAMHS clinician to talk through any concerns you may have about your child’s behaviour, attention, anxiety, or day to day challenges at home or school.
These sessions provide practical advice and guidance to help you better understand and support your child.
This service is for families where the main concern is their child’s mental health, including where ADHD or autism may also be a factor.
Eating Disorders Advice Clinic
bi-monthly during term time
The Eating Disorders Team from Southampton Specialist CAMHS can support if you have concerns about your child’s eating or relationship with food. This might include restrictive eating, strong food preferences or avoidance, anxiety around food, or worries about weight and body image. The team can offer advice, early support, and guidance on what to do next.
