Workshops

Our free workshops are funded by Southampton City Council and developed by Re:Minds. They are shaped by lived experience as parents and carers, alongside professional training in neurodiversity and over ten years of hands on experience supporting families.

Our work has included close collaboration with Southampton Specialist CAMHS and the Southampton Educational Psychology Team, ensuring workshops are grounded in real world practice as well as professional insight. The result is practical, honest and informed support that understands both the system and the families navigating it.

We will be running each workshop several times throughout the year, both face to face and online, including evening sessions, to make them as accessible as possible.

New workshops will be listed here as they are confirmed. To book a place, please email info@reminds.org.uk.

After completing a workshop, parents and carers will have the option to join a separate private Facebook group created specifically for workshop attendees.  This space offers longer term peer support, the opportunity to build connections with others who have attended the same sessions, and a place to continue conversations in a more focused setting away from the main Re:Minds group.  It is there to help families stay connected and supported beyond the workshop itself.
