16-25 Mental Health Collective is a brand new service for young people aged 16-25 with mental health needs and their parents/carers in getting support for the transitions which happen in their lives, such as:

  • leaving school

  • starting college or higher education

  • Leaving care

  • housing

  • benefits

  • social care

  • living independently

  • finding a job

  • EHCPs

  • Health

  • Finances

  • mental capacity

  • advocacy

  • adult mental health

  • sexuality and gender

  • Peer Support
